Vice President of Professional Services

Harris Health Alliance , a Harris Computer company, are recruiting for a Vice President of Professional Services on a permanent, remote-working basis.

As a Vice President, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of the department. You will be an integral part of an experienced executive team striving to reinvent and guarantee our customers’ positive experience with the products. You will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The Position

In performing this role, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

1. Overseeing the overall operations of the Professional Services department
2. Leading the financial operations of the Professional Services department, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring a positive return on investment
3. Establishing clear, measurable objectives in line with department growth and profitability targets
4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
5. Developing and managing delivery metrics to monitor performance
6. Ensuring successful delivery of software solutions to customers

What we are looking for

1. An education in Business Administration, a related field, or relevant professional experience
2. 10+ years of experience in professional services and delivery
3. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
4. Proven record of developing and implementing successful delivery processes and driving client satisfaction
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills
