Senior M&A Associate – Harris Computer
Our Harris UK Portfolio is looking to hire a Senior M&A Associate to work closely with the Harris International Group M&A team in leading the company’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) origination efforts in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and India. The role location is flexible, and remote candidates across the United Kingdom will be considered. In addition to the base salary, the overall compensation will include an on‑target earnings (OTE).
The Role
As (Senior) Associate M&A you will support the full M&A process for all transactions in the Harris International group, from the first analysis, through the offer stage and due diligence, up to closing. You will prepare integrated financial models and decision templates and work on strategic M&A projects across the international group.
- Support the entire M&A process: initial analysis of potential target companies through due diligence to closing.
- Manage document requests and evaluations, prepare integrated financial models and decision templates, and organize the process.
- Develop templates, analysis processes, and AI integration.
- Hand over project data to the integration team, track results, and prepare post‑acquisition reviews.
- Support strategic analyses and evaluations for the M&A and business development team.
Note: Some travel may be required where there is a business need.
What We Are Looking For
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Corporate Finance.
- Experience in Corporate Finance or M&A.
- Solid understanding of financial KPIs.
- Ideally, knowledge of the IT/software industry.
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent English and business‑level German is a plus.
