Technical Sales Manager – REMOTE Location: Ideally based in the Milton Keynes/North London area Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:45 pm Benefits: * Company car & mobile phone * 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (4-5 days reserved for Christmas shutdown) * BUPA healthcare * Annual bonus The Role Due to continued success, we are partnering with a fantastic manufacturing company that is a market leader in its industry. The company has achieved consistent growth since its establishment and has ambitious expansion plans for 2025. We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join their team. This is a remote role, but you will be required to attend the company’s Midlands site regularly and visit clients across the UK. You will be joining a company that genuinely values its employees, offering ongoing support, excellent training, and opportunities to develop your skills further. Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Sales Manager, you will: * Identify and establish new specifications while seeking potential projects. * Increase brand awareness within the construction and civil engineering sectors. * Provide pre- and post-site advice, visits, and assistance. * Deliver CPD-style seminars and presentations. * Offer technical support and recommendations, utilising the engineering department where necessary. * Maintain and update the CRM system. * Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. * Develop new and existing target accounts. * Improve the conversion rate of technical recommendations into orders. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in the construction industry (desirable). * A full UK driving licence. * Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays. * Experience in customer relations and managing specifications. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * IT proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. * Ability to work independently from home.
