Paraplanner – Hybrid working Location: Birmingham – Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days from home after probation) Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (1-hour lunch) Benefits: * 23 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year for the first 3 years) * Birthday off * Pension: 5% employer/3% employee (after 3 months) * Life Assurance: 4x basic salary (after 3 months) About the Role: We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm based in Birmingham. The role offers a dynamic hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: * Provide professional and friendly client support via phone, email, and in person. * Conduct research and analysis to support financial advisers in delivering tailored financial plans. * Prepare suitability reports, financial plans, and documentation for client recommendations. * Analyse client data, including cash flow modelling and investment research. * Handle complex client investments and liaise with third-party providers. * Ensure compliance standards and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures. Requirements: * Prior paraplanning experience is essential. * Working towards or holding the CII Financial Planning Diploma or Paraplanning Diploma is desirable. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. * Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
