Due to growth, we are seeking a proactive Early Engagement, National Specification Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with specifiers and design teams, driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on early-stage project opportunities. Key responsibilities: As the National Specification Manager, you will: * Conduct research into planned, proposed, and approved projects across the UK. * Initiate contact with design teams on these projects and arrange meetings to present the benefits of early engagement. * Deliver CPD presentations to architects. * Write specifications and prepare technical reports (e.g., CSSW Reports) for various projects. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to stay informed on pricing, product developments, and other strategic information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, local authorities, distributors, and contractors in the region. * Manage key account relationships with clients, main contractors, and specifiers in the target market. * Contribute to the creation and management of a project and contact database for the UK market. * Take a proactive approach to identifying new project opportunities and tracking these through feasibility, development, and completion. * Forecast sales opportunities and maximize project values to meet targets.
