The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead retained and contingent executive search mandates across your specialist sector
  • Develop long-term relationships with senior US-based clients and candidates
  • Headhunt and engage high-caliber leadership talent across competitive markets
  • Manage the full search process from business development through to placement
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring insight to clients
  • Build your own brand and reputation within your vertical
