About the position:

  • Location: 1 E Parade, Leeds LS1 2AD – 5 days in office Mon‑Fri
  • This is an entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.
  • You’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependent on business & team.
  • Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long‑term partnerships.
  • Effectively manage end‑to‑end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up‑to‑date with industry trends.
  • Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
  • Keep the CRM & databases updated.
