This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience. You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with a focus on permanent placements in the US market:
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement.
- Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.
