About the position

Location: 1 E Parade, Leeds LS1 2AD - 5 days in office Mon-Fri

This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.

You’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependent on business needs.

  • Manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research.
