The Role
You’ll join as a Graduate Consultant and be trained to become a full 360° Executive Search professional. You’ll be:
- Interviewing high-calibre candidates, understanding their goals, motivations, and matching them to career-defining opportunities.
- Building relationships with senior-level clients, learning what drives their businesses and helping shape their leadership teams.
- Headhunting and engaging top-tier talent, often for hard-to-fill or retained executive positions.
- Becoming a market expert, diving deep into the sectors you cover and building a strong personal brand.
- Negotiating offers and contracts, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates.
