The Role

  • National Account Manager role covering Northern England
  • To manage, target & develop Foodservice Wholesale Accounts across the North
  • Strong Account Management focus but will also be responsible for New Business Development
  • To really "get under the skin" of the Foodservice Wholesalers and develop strong working relationships with them
  • Also to work closely with National Foodservice End User Accounts across a variety of channels to "feed" the Wholesalers through a traditional push-pull mechanic

The Person

  • Must have a good level of experience within Delivered Foodservice Wholesale accounts
  • It's critical that candidates understand how to "get under the skin" of the Foodservice Wholesalers and develop a detailed understanding of their business
  • Must also have worked closely with National HORECA End User accounts to "feed" the Wholesalers
  • Good understanding & experience of working with a traditional Push-Pull mechanic with Foodservice Wholesalers & their End User customers
  • Candidates who have only worked for Foodservice Wholesalers in sales & only sold to End User accounts as a result are also encouraged to apply
  • Lives North of England – North East or North West
