We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and hands‑on individual to join us as a Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Operations Assistant.

About the Role
Varied, hands‑on position where no two days will be the same. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our fleet of luxury Volkswagen California Ocean campervans is maintained, prepared and presented to the highest standards, ready for customers travelling from around the world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Checking and maintaining campervan systems and equipment
- Interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and preparation
- Coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs and fleet logistics
- Supporting customer collections and returns
- Ensuring our vehicles are ready for every adventure
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys being part of a growing business.
Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, valeting, fleet operations or the automotive industry would be advantageous, but formal mechanical qualifications are not essential. A practical attitude, willingness to learn and a full UK driving licence are essential.
