This is a full-time, on-site Menswear Tailoring Sales Consultant role located in Greater London. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to deliver an exceptional tailoring experience, guiding them through fabric, lining, and trimming choices. Responsibilities include:
- Taking precise fittings and measurements
- Offering personalized style consultations
- Working closely with tailors to ensure every custom order meets impeccable standards
- Providing excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Tailoring and Dressmaking, including knowledge of patterns, fabrics, and garment construction
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs
- Proficiency in Fitting and measurements to ensure a perfect garment fit
- Passionate about fashion and menswear, with a keen eye for style and detail
- Proven ability to build client relationships and provide a high-end customer experience
- Experience in a luxury retail or tailoring environment is a plus
