Summary
We are looking for one or more lettings supervisors to supervise the lettings in the building and open and close access to the MUGA at the beginning/end of a letting.
This is a casual position and the hours available will reflect the number of lettings each week.
Main Areas of Responsibility
The key areas of responsibilities are:
- To ensure the clients are only using the facilities they have booked for
- To ensure the clients leave the facilities as they find them and take all rubbish with them
- On week-day evening lettings, to lock the building ensuring the alarm system is effective
- For weekend lettings (inside the building), to open and close the building at the required times. Stay on site for booking inside the building
- For evenings and weekend lettings on the MUGA only, to open and close the outside of the building. Be onsite for the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of the letting
- If you are required to be on site (due to lettings inside the building), to complete premises tasks such as sweeping/cleaning the outside of the building
Qualifications & Experience
