Summary We are seeking an exceptional Science practitioner to join the Harris Federation Secondary Central Quadrant as a Lead Science Teacher, working across our academies as required, with an initial deployment at Harris Academy Battersea and Harris Academy Peckham. This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding teacher to work across multiple settings, broaden their leadership experience, and have a significant impact on teaching, learning and student outcomes. The successful candidate will be an exemplary classroom practitioner with a proven track record of securing excellent outcomes for students. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of effective Science pedagogy and a commitment to raising standards for all learners. In this role, you will be accountable for the progress and achievement of the students you teach while also contributing to the professional development of colleagues through coaching, modelling best practice, and supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching across the academies
