Are you Ambitious, Tenacious, Enterprising? We are looking for an Academic Tutor specialising in Literacy to support individuals and groups of students to enable access to learning, progress within the subject and achieve academic success.

The role includes supporting teachers in whole class lessons when not administering their own 1:1 or group sessions, with some before and after school sessions. This role is suitable for graduates with a degree in the subject area, looking to work in a school in preparation for starting teacher training.

Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will also be asked to provide some sessions within the school holiday period, up to five days, for reception support, interventions and summer school work.

The actual salary for this role will be £25,394-£25,865.
