Harris Academy Clapham is seeking a part-time Home Academy Liaison Officer (HALO) to support the welfare, attendance and success of students across our Sixth Form. We are looking for candidates with:

  • a degree or equivalent
  • knowledge of behaviour for learning policies
  • awareness of barriers to learning
  • safeguarding training
  • basic first aid

A minimum of three years in a pastoral role within an inner-city school is expected, with experience in improving attendance and working with families.
