We are recruiting for an experienced maintenance individual to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be required to carry out maintenance tasks as reported by tenants on both student and residential properties in Durham and the surrounding areas.

You must be able to work as part of a team as well as having the initiative to work alone. The successful candidate must have a vast knowledge of general property maintenance as well as basic knowledge of electrics, plumbing and joinery. Qualified external contractors are used for major issues involving gas and electrics.
