? Vulnerability Management Analyst | Belfast
I’m currently recruiting for a Vulnerability Management Analyst to join a global organisation in Belfast, playing a key role in reducing enterprise-wide cyber risk.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence and Exposure Management experience who enjoys working closely with technology teams to drive remediation.
The role will involve:
- Owning and supporting the enterprise Vulnerability Management programme
- Performing and analysing vulnerability scans across infrastructure and applications
- Assessing, validating and prioritising vulnerabilities using a risk-based approach
- Working with CVSS, CWE and MITRE ATT&CK
- Monitoring threat intelligence, security advisories and vendor notifications
- Validating vulnerabilities and reducing false positives
- Managing vulnerability exceptions and risk acceptance
- Developing vulnerability dashboards, reports and executive-level metrics
- Researching emerging vulnerabilities and evolving threats
- Working closely with technology and security teams to meet remediation SLAs
We're looking for experience with:
? Enterprise Vulnerability Management platforms
? Threat Intelligence / Attack Surface Management / Exposure Management
? Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals
? Enterprise-scale vulnerability remediation
? Security risk assessment and prioritisation
? SOC environments and broader cyber security operations
? Communicating technical risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, GIAC vulnerability assessment or Microsoft Security certifications would be advantageous.
