The Role

You’ll join the EMEA sales team as a VP Sales focused on winning new buy-side clients – previous experience of this is essential.

The remit covers multi-asset trading across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, selling EMS/OEMS solutions with typically a 12–24-month enterprise sales cycles.

  • Drive new business across the buy-side, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value recurring revenue deals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at hedge funds, asset managers, and tier-one institutions.
  • Lead product demos and workshops showcasing advanced EMS/OEMS capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales engineering to shape solutions around client workflows.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, acting as a visible subject matter expert in multi-asset trading technology.
