Senior VP – Futures & Algo Trading Sales
Location: London (Hybrid)
Up to ÂŁ200,000 + commission
A long-established global trading technology firm is expanding its London team and looking for a high-calibre senior commercial hire. The business has been operating for over 15 years and delivers advanced execution and algorithmic trading solutions used across the world’s leading trading screens.
The firm is c.60 people globally with a deep quant heritage, and proven market adoption across futures markets, the firm is now investing in senior talent to accelerate growth across London, Europe, and Asia.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, client-facing role aimed at someone who truly understands the “plumbing” of the futures market: exchange connectivity, algo execution, market microstructure, vendor integrations, and the ecosystem of global participants.
You’ll represent a high-performing platform already embedded into major broker and trading workflows. Your impact will be immediate: shaping strategy, driving adoption, strengthening client relationships, and opening doors across banks, brokers, prop firms, and buy-side trading teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own senior-level client relationships across global futures markets
- Drive adoption of the firm’s execution and algorithmic trading products
- Navigate exchange structures, connectivity pathways, and vendor integrations
- Act as a trusted counterpart to heads of trading, e-trading, execution, and technology
- Represent the business in London and across key APAC hubs
- Work closely with quant, product, and support teams across London, US, and Asia
- Contribute to broader commercial strategy as the business scales internationally
What They’re Looking For
- Senior VP / Director level experience within global markets
- Deep understanding of futures exchanges, workflows, and market structure
- Strong technical fluency: vendor integrations, algo execution, trading screens
- A network spanning banks, brokers, FCMs, and/or buy-side trading teams
