A leading asset manager is seeking a Regulatory Transaction Reporting Manager to take ownership of all regulatory transaction reporting across the business. You will act as the subject matter expert for MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR and future regulations, leading change initiatives and ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of transaction and regulatory reporting (MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR).
- Deliver regulatory change projects and process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting procedures and documentation.
- Oversee reconciliations and exception management.
- Liaise with industry bodies and vendors to identify best practices.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and technical specifications.
- Support testing, data analysis, and system enhancements.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and issues.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within asset management or treasury.
- Strong knowledge of EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR and transaction reporting requirements.
- Understanding of financial instruments (swaps, forwards, options, etc.).
- Advanced Excel and solid data analysis skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
