Senior Recruitment Consultant – Placing Application support talent into leading Financial Services companies

Harrington Starr is partnering with a cutting-edge trading platform operator, to hire a Trading Operations Analyst to join their European Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) team in London.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to deepen their expertise in electronic trading operations across Equities and FX.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client onboarding, account setup, FIX connectivity, and guiding certification processes.
  • Monitoring live trading activity, platform performance, and ensuring smooth order and trade lifecycle events.
  • Supporting regulatory and compliance workflows, including MiFID II adherence, trade reporting, and post-trade reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in trading operations or client support at an MTF, trading venue, or trading firm.
  • Knowledge of European equities and FX markets.
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and trading systems.
  • Strong understanding of a scripting language (preferably Python).
