An emerging AI fintech backed by highly experienced financial technology leaders is looking to hire a Forward Deployment Engineer/Solutions Engineer as the business enters a major growth phase. The company is building an AI-powered workflow platform focused on transforming operational processes inside large financial institutions. Using advanced AI agents, the technology is designed to automate complex banking workflows, dramatically reducing manual effort and operational turnaround times.
The Opportunity
This is a client-facing technical role positioned at the intersection of:
- Customer Success
- Solutions Engineering
- Technical Consulting

You’ll work directly with enterprise banking clients to help deploy, configure, and scale AI-driven workflow solutions across live operational environments. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving, client interaction, and commercial impact within a fast-moving AI business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering AI workflow implementations for enterprise financial services clients
- Working closely with customer stakeholders to understand operational challenges and automation opportunities
- Configuring and optimising AI-agent workflows within client environments
- Supporting onboarding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live adoption
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve platform functionality and client outcomes
- Supporting pre-sales discussions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
- Helping drive long-term platform usage and account growth
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a technical, client-facing environment
- Strong exposure to AI tooling, LLM workflows, or GenAI platforms
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code is essential
- Experience working with financial services or banking clients
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment with evolving priorities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
