Senior Sales Manager
Fintech – Capital Markets Data

£110k–£130k base + uncapped commission + benefits
This high-growth fintech (c.40 institutional clients and climbing) is hiring a senior salesperson to drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts across banks, asset managers, trading firms and venues. If you know capital markets and love turning complex data products into commercial wins, this is for you.
The role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo/POC, commercial negotiation, close.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across the UK & Europe; land and expand within existing marquee clients.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to shape use-cases and accelerate adoption.
- Lead RFPs/RFIs with crisp value narratives; handle InfoSec/procurement confidently.
- Forecast accurately, report on KPIs, and refine territory plans to hit and exceed targets.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
You’ll bring
- 7+ years’ enterprise sales in fintech/SaaS – ideally market data, trading tech, or analytics sold to buy and sell-side.
- Strong grasp of capital markets workflows (derivatives, FICC, trading/surveillance, data integration).
- Track record of closing multi-stakeholder, six-figure+ deals and expanding complex accounts.
- Methodical approach, excellent stakeholder management, and crisp commercial storytelling.
- Hands-on, scale-up mindset – comfortable building your own pipeline as well as working warm opportunities.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot) and tight, numbers-driven forecasting.
