This is a high-impact new business role within a fast-scaling payments and financial-infrastructure provider operating at enterprise scale. The platform sits at the intersection of payments, banking infrastructure, FX and embedded finance, enabling global money movement across traditional rails and next-generation payment models via a single API. Backed by a strong regulatory footprint and trusted by hundreds of enterprise clients, the business is processing tens of billions annually and continues to expand across high-growth verticals.
You’ll join the new business sales team - supported by product, engineering, compliance and delivery - with full ownership of complex, high-value sales cycles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Originating and developing a high-quality pipeline across fintech, financial services and regulated industries
- Leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: discovery, solution design, negotiation, close
- Delivering tailored commercial and technical propositions to senior stakeholders
- Co-creating solutions with clients across payments, FX, accounts, on/off-ramps and embedded finance use cases
- Managing contract and commercial negotiations through to signature
- Running technical and product-led conversations alongside engineering and product teams
- Influencing internal roadmap priorities based on client demand and market insight
What They’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of payments, banking-as-a-service, modern treasury, FX or embedded finance
- Background selling into complex or regulated verticals (e.g. fintech, financial institutions, crypto, trading, acquiring, marketplaces) — Crypto is highly desirable
- Proven success owning full sales cycles and consistently delivering against revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-value, consultative sales engagements
- Commercially credible with the ability to translate technical capability into client value
- Existing industry network and strong market awareness
- Naturally proactive, competitive and self-driven — this is a hunter role, not account management
