The Role
- Lead and scale engineering teams responsible for building and enhancing core middle and back-office platforms
- Own the architecture and delivery of systems covering data management, workflows, and operational controls
- Drive platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory readiness across critical systems
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into robust technology solutions
- Mentor senior engineers and engineering managers while embedding strong delivery standards and technical discipline
