Network Manager – Financial Services – £120,000–130,000 – Hybrid (London) ~3 days a week in Central London Office ~ Excellent bonus scheme We\’re working with a global financial services firm that’s looking for an experienced Network Manager to take ownership of its international network estate. This is a key leadership role involving hands-on work, strategic planning, and leading a team of skilled engineers across multiple regions. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing modern network solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business-critical projects—including technology integration following M&A activity and the rollout of Zero Trust frameworks using Prisma and Zscaler . Lead the design, implementation, and operation of the global network Drive network transformation across Europe, Asia, and North America Manage and mentor a high-performing network team Strong understanding of BGP, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls (Palo Alto), and cloud networking (AWS) Exposure to M&A integration work and secure web gateway rollouts Clear communicator with strong project management skills You’ll have the autonomy to shape the future of the network function while contributing to complex, global projects.
