Working with a high-calibre DeFi team building serious onchain trading infrastructure. Looking for a quant-minded engineer with a strong academic background (maths, physics, CS, engineering or similar) and a genuine obsession with onchain market mechanics.
You should understand:
- How liquidity behaves in concentrated AMMs (Uniswap v3-style)
- Tick-range management and LP optimisation
- DEX–CEX arbitrage dynamics
- MEV structures and incentive design
- Emerging ecosystems like Hyperliquid
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and improving connectivity across AMMs, orderbooks and major CEXs
- Optimising pricing and execution engines across L1/L2 environments
- Designing intelligent liquidity strategies (JIT liquidity, dynamic range management)
- Working on low-latency data ingestion, mempool flows and cross-rollup execution
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- 2+ years strong Rust and Solidity
- Experience building low-latency, high-throughput trading or onchain systems
- Strong distributed systems knowledge
- Comfortable across Linux, AWS, Docker, Git
