We're working with a fast-growing technology-led business building critical infrastructure for the financial sector. Their platform is reshaping how global institutions manage risk, leveraging cloud-native architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and deep industry collaboration.

They're now looking for a Solutions Architect to join their architecture team and play a key role in designing scalable, secure, high-performance solutions across their platform.

The Role

You'll lead the solution design for a suite of capabilities—translating product requirements into technical architecture, guiding development teams, and shaping the technology roadmap. It's a hands-on, high-impact role within a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering culture.

Responsibilities
  • Own the architecture for a group of capabilities within the platform
  • Define scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions on a cloud-native stack
  • Partner with engineering teams on design, prototyping, and delivery oversight
  • Develop technical roadmaps and contribute to the broader architecture strategy
  • Mentor engineers and provide support throughout the development lifecycle
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to help drive innovation
Ideal Profile
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka), DDD, and secure cloud design (AWS)
  • Familiar with relational and NoSQL databases and 3rd-party service integration
  • Exposure to AI/ML in production environments and MLOps within AWS is a plus
  • Confident reading, reviewing, and debugging code and identifying performance issues
  • Experience with batch data processing using tools like Glue, Lambda, Step Functions
