This role will play a key part in strengthening engineering capability while helping the business scale more efficiently through modern technology and AI-assisted development.

What you will do:
- Design, build and maintain internal services, integrations and data flows supporting multiple business systems.
- Develop automation and internal tooling that improves operational efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation and solution design.
- Build integrations across enterprise platforms and internal systems.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimisation.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept development exploring AI frameworks and automation capabilities.
- Help establish development patterns, integration standards and engineering best practices.
