An early-stage AI company building the operational system for UK lettings and estate agency — including a voice AI agent that handles branch calls — is hiring a dedicated SME BDR to build outbound pipeline from scratch.
The Role
- A pure outbound seat: no warm leads, no inbound, no waiting.
- Work a target list of independent lettings agencies (up to c.6 branches), 40–60 dials a day plus email/LinkedIn follow-up.
- Qualify hard — get past gatekeepers to owner/director level, uncover real pain, confirm fit and budget before booking anything.
- Book qualified demos straight onto the AE's calendar with a clean handover brief.
- Feed learnings back into the playbook: scripts, sequences, objection handling, qualification criteria.
- Report to the co-founders.
About You
- Relentless on the phone — high-volume outbound is your default, not a chore.
- Hands-on user of AI tools/LLMs in your own work.
- Ideally PropTech BDR/SDR background, vertical SaaS-into-SME prospecting, or ex-small-business owner.
- Pipeline-builder mindset — measured on qualified meetings booked, not deals closed, with ambitions to move into closing next.
- Commercially sharp enough to qualify on value, not just activity.
The Package
- Competitive base + equity, finalised at offer.
- Ground-floor, pre-revenue role with agreed success metrics from day one.
