We are working with a globally respected wealth and asset management business known for delivering exceptional client service, innovation, and long-term investment expertise. They are looking for a client-focused Private Banking Assistant to support a team of Private Bankers in London. This is a fast-paced role offering exposure to Ultra high-net-worth clients, international markets, and complex banking operations. The role is an initial 12 month FTC.
The Role
- Supporting Private Bankers with client administration from account opening through to ongoing maintenance
- Processing payments, trades, FX transactions, and corporate actions
- Monitoring accounts, cash positions, and operational risk alerts
- Preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and investment simulations
- Managing client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Acting as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting business projects, remediation work, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking operations and investment products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional client-focused approach
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- RDR Level 4 qualified (or willing to achieve within 6 months)
