An early-stage AI company building the operational system for UK lettings and estate agency — including a voice AI agent that handles branch calls — is hiring its founding Growth Lead to build demand and the team behind it from scratch.

The Role

  • A founding growth seat: no playbook, no budget in place, no team to inherit.
  • Define positioning and messaging that cuts through a sceptical, over-pitched market and makes agents lean in.
  • Build the demand engine across content, events, organic, founder-led and paid social, with significant autonomy over GTM.
  • Own the funnel from first touch to qualified demo, handing sales a consistent flow.
  • Get close to the customer — sit on sales calls, talk to agents, turn insight into message and campaigns.
  • Measure every channel and act on what's working.
  • Hire and build a small team once the motion is proven.

About You

  • Built demand from near-zero in a vertical or SMB B2B market, with clear personal contribution to that success.
  • Comfortable selling something the market doesn't yet know it needs, to a non-technical, sceptical buyer.
  • Fast-moving, lean, high-initiative operator.
  • Hands-on user of AI tools/LLMs in your own work.

The Package

  • Competitive base + equity, finalised at offer.
  • Ground-floor, pre-revenue founding role building the growth function from scratch.
