We’re looking for a client-facing Forward Deployed Engineer / Solutions Engineer who can bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world deployment inside major financial institutions. You’ll be working with clients — designing agentic workflows, deploying AI systems, solving operational problems.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with banking and fintech clients to deploy AI-powered workflow solutions
- Design and implement agentic workflows using modern LLM tooling
- Prototype fast, iterate faster, and own deployments end-to-end
- Partner with product and engineering teams to turn client problems into scalable solutions
- Act as the technical face of the company during implementations and strategic engagements
- Help define best practices around AI operations, orchestration, and enterprise deployment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and agentic systems
- Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, APIs, orchestration frameworks, or workflow automation platforms
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership
- Experience working with banking, fintech, or enterprise clients
- Technical enough to build, deploy, troubleshoot, and demo confidently
- Experience deploying AI products into regulated environments
- Knowledge of financial operations/workflows
