Daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining oversight of my client's core technology environment (M365, Sharepoint, Intune, Exchange, Azure services)
- Identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements
- Automation and documentation
- Tracking and managing key performance metrics
