A venture-backed AI SaaS business is entering the commercial launch phase and hiring its first senior commercial leader. The product automates operational workflows within the UK property sector using applied AI. It removes administrative burden, improves compliance accuracy, and materially increases operational capacity for enterprise property groups. This hire will own enterprise revenue from the ground up.

You will:

  • Design and execute enterprise sales strategy
  • Open and close complex, high-value accounts
  • Establish repeatable GTM motion
  • Work directly with founders on pricing, positioning and segmentation
  • Lay foundations for a future sales team

There is a defined pathway into Head of Sales within ~24 months for the right individual. Initially, this is a hands-on revenue position. Leadership responsibility scales with revenue.

You are:

  • We are targeting a high-performing, ambitious commercial operator with:
  • 2–5 years’ B2B sales experience
  • Proven success closing meaningful contract values
  • Clear hunger to step into a Lead / future Head of Sales role
  • Strong commercial instinct and ownership mentality

Sector experience is critical. You must understand the UK property / lettings / real estate ecosystem. Exceptional SaaS or AI candidates from adjacent verticals may be considered, but sector fluency will carry significant weight. This role is London-based and requires 5 days per week in-office. It suits someone early in their career who wants exposure, pace and real responsibility.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Building enterprise pipeline from zero
  • Landing the company’s first wave of flagship clients
  • Creating structure around forecasting, reporting and KPIs
  • Helping shape commercial hiring strategy

You must be comfortable selling innovation in early-stage conditions.

Compensation:

  • £45k–£90k base (DoE)
  • Commission
  • Equity participation
  • Significant upside tied to growth trajectory

Candidates expecting £90k+ base will need to demonstrate exceptional track record and commercial maturity.
