What You’ll Do
- Shape and influence the technical direction across the organisation
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term product roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with engineering colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Engage in discussions around system design, scalability, and integration challenges
- Write high-quality, maintainable code aligned with architectural goals
What You’ll Need
- 1–5 years of commercial Java experience with J2EE / JEE frameworks
- Ability to align technical solutions with wider business strategy
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems and ability to identify strengths/weaknesses
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies
