Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist â FinTech SaaS Platform (Python scripting/coding essential)We\âre looking for a motivated and handsâon Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist to join a profitable and rapidly growing FinTech company that builds cuttingâedge trading and analytics solutions for institutional clients.
This is a clientâfacing, technically challenging role ideal for someone who enjoys problemâsolving, scripting, and working across integrations and APIs in a fastâpaced environment. You\âll play a key role in ensuring successful client onboarding and longâterm integration success across my client\âs trading platform.
What You\âll Be Doing
Lead technical onboarding and integration for new clients, configuring their trading platform to work seamlessly with client systems and trading venues.
Manage and deliver custom integrations, gathering requirements, liaising between clients and internal teams, and supporting implementation.
Provide technical support for live clients â troubleshooting application, API, and database issues using logs and SQL queries.
Execute SQL queries, perform configuration updates, and analyse system logs to identify and resolve production issues.
Own client deliverables endâtoâend, ensuring timely communication, delivery, and client satisfaction.
What We\âre Looking ForTechnical Skills
Strong scripting experience in Python
Proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, and complex queries)
Solid understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC) and system integrations
Skilled in technical troubleshooting and log analysis
Soft Skills
Strong time and task management skills
Proactive, curious, and able to work independently
Knows when to seek help and elevate appropriately
Experience
2+ years in a related technical role (e.g., DevOps, Technical Support, Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or SDET)
Bachelor\âs degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field)
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, trading, or capital markets
Familiarity with C# or Java
Experience with PowerShell or basic server administration
