Job Description

Harrington Starr are delighted to partner with a prestigious, London-based Law Firm looking to hire an IT Project Manager to join their talented team.

This role sits within the "Business Solutions Team" comprising of other PMs as well as Business Analysts, Developers and Support professionals. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting & large-scale projects; including a new HR system roll-out, implementation of AI tools, and upgrades to the document management system, amongst others.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 x days a week in the company's central London office.

Your day-to-day:

  • Develop a detailed project plan, coordinate tasks/resources, and monitor progress.
  • Communicate status to stakeholders, manage scope/schedule/cost changes, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality deliverables, close the project with lessons learned, and collaborate with peers for a standardized approach across all projects.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors / suppliers.

Your background:

  • Strong Agile Project Management skills
  • Law Firm background preferred but not essential
  • Experience managing geographically diverse teams as well as 3rd party vendors
  • IT Project Management experience a neccesity
