Harrington Starr are excited to partner with a prestigious Asset Manager who are looking to hire a Fund Operations Manager as they enjoy a sustained period of growth. This role is integral to maintaining the outsourced Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency relationships, some fund dealing/reconciliations, as well as management of 3 other colleagues in the wider team.
Day to day:
- Team Management & Training: Oversee staff, conduct meetings, appraisals, and training, while improving processes for efficiency.
- Fund Operations & Reconciliation: Ensure timely fund and portfolio reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage month-end client reporting.
- Dealing & Fund Administration: Handle fund trades, account openings, price/fair value adjustments, and resolve client queries.
- Compliance & Projects: Maintain procedures, support audits, manage regulatory updates, and lead fund-related projects.
About you:
- 7+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience managing/leading a team
- Strong Asset/Wealth Management experience
- Strong Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency oversight experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
