I’m working with a fast-growing, tech-led business in the finance space that’s looking to add a Marketing Data Analyst to the team. This is a great role if you enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and turning data into clear recommendations that help marketing teams work smarter.
You’ll be looking at campaign performance across different digital channels, building dashboards that tell the real story, and helping the business understand what’s driving growth (and what isn’t). It’s a role with plenty of visibility — you’ll work closely with marketers, product managers, and other teams who are keen to use data in a smarter way.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Analysing campaign performance and spotting trends
- Building and maintaining reports/dashboards
- Supporting targeting and segmentation decisions
- Making data-driven recommendations on ROI, acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Feeding insights back to stakeholders in a way that makes sense to them
What they’re looking for:
- Solid experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
- Confident with SQL and comfortable using analytics tools
- Experience with GIT and DBT
- Good understanding of KPIs, attribution, and marketing metrics
- Someone who can explain data clearly to non-technical people
- Experience with Tableau/Looker would be a plus, not a must
Why apply? You’ll be joining a company that’s scaling quickly and genuinely values data-led decision making. The set‑up is hybrid (3 days in office), and there’s a lot of scope to grow your skills and career as the business continues to expand.
