We're working with a fast-growing UK AI-driven SaaS business transforming how property and lettings organisations operate. Their platform automates the majority of admin-heavy workflows across compliance, maintenance, lettings and tenant communications - delivering material efficiency gains in a regulation-led market. They're now hiring a Lead Enterprise Partnerships Manager to own commercial relationships end-to-end and play a pivotal role in scaling revenue. This is a senior individual-contributor role with a clear, defined path to Head of Sales within ~2 years.

The Role

This position sits at the top of the current sales structure. You'll be the most senior salesperson in the business initially, responsible for both new enterprise acquisition and existing client growth, while gradually taking on leadership responsibility as the function scales. You'll work closely with founders and senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, refine sales processes, and ultimately build the future sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow all commercial relationships across mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with large property management and lettings organisations
  • Contribute directly to sales strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Act as the commercial face of the business in market — meetings, events, partnerships
  • Support and mentor a small junior sales team, evolving into a formal leadership role over time
  • Feed market insight into product and positioning to sharpen competitive advantage
  • Help design scalable sales processes, tooling and KPIs ahead of future team expansion

Required Background

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven PropTech experience is essential
  • Demonstrable experience selling AI-led or automation software solutions
  • Comfortable operating across both mid-market and enterprise deal sizes
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
  • Ambitious, high-energy profile with a clear desire to progress into a Head of Sales role
  • London-based and happy working closely with the leadership team

What's on Offer

  • Base salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped, with realistic on-target earnings of ******%+ of base
  • Potential for tiered commission by deal size
  • Meaningful equity in a scaling AI business
  • Clear progression into Head of Sales as the company grows
  • High autonomy, senior visibility, and genuine influence over commercial direction
