A market-leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a highly experienced Head of DevOps to lead and grow a talented team of DevOps engineers. This is a senior leadership position for an individual with a strong track record of operating at scale within complex, high-availability environments and a passion for building resilient, high-performing DevOps functions.
Location: London, UK
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
Key Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience across engineering and DevOps leadership roles
- Proven experience leading platforms at scale within complex, high-availability environments
- Strong cloud expertise across AWS and Azure
- Extensive experience with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Hands-on programming background in Go, Python, and Bash
