A leading Trading Firm is looking for an experienced eFX Support Analyst to join the team in their London offices. They have a massive global footprint and have amazing market presence. They offer a wide range of financial products and services to over twenty million customers globally.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement lasting technology solutions as well as support the existing application. This is an amazing opportunity to become part of a growing, forward-thinking financial firm.

Responsibilities

• The role will involve providing 1st/2nd line application support
• You will be responsible for offering engagement with a range of stakeholders from front to back office
• Have a \’hands-on\’ approach to work and a \’can do\’ attitude
• Provide ad-hoc reporting tools for business groups
• On-call, weekend, bank holiday and shift work may be required
• Systems and applications comprise vendor and in-house built tools

Requirements

• Must have eFX functional knowledge, in particular
• Experience working in front to back office is necessary
• Have knowledge of assessing trading systems to investigate trade breaks, data, and performance problems
• Knowledge of electronic trading, markets and connectivity
• FIX
• Experience working with the following technologies is necessary: Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, Python
• Past experience working with Business Analysts, Developers and Infrastructure Support Team is advantageous
• SQL or experience in programming languages such as Python scripting is essential
