Desktop Support Engineer – Central London – Windows, Exchange, Citrix, TCP/IP- £55,000 – £65,000

A boutique sized asset manager based in Central London is currently looking to hire a talented Desktop Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be the sole technical person onsite and in this role you will be providing technical support and administration for software, hardware and connectivity.

Daily responsibilities will include: identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Escalating issues and facilitating user assistance. Configuring and repairing work stations and project involvement.

To be considered for the Desktop Support Engineer role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Solid background in Desktop Support
  • Windows
  • Exchange
  • Citrix
  • Active Directory
