A high-growth financial technology business is looking for a commercially sharp salesperson who can wear multiple hats in a scaling environment. This is a “player-coach” role: you’ll start as an individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading a sales team within 12 months.
The Opportunity
You’ll be selling multi-currency account and cross-border payment solutions to fast-moving, international clients across sectors such as digital trading, crypto, gaming, and other complex, higher-risk environments. Product knowledge can be taught quickly, so what matters is your hunger, confidence, and ability to drive new revenue.
The company is financially strong, expanding globally, and entering new markets across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. With an approved headcount for a six-person sales team next year, this is a rare chance to join at the point where commercial foundations are being built.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle with a target to win 5–7 new clients in the first 12 months
- Travel internationally across Europe, the UAE, Asia, and the US
- Help shape the sales strategy and grow into a leadership role
- Work closely with senior leadership during a period of rapid expansion
What You Bring
- A proven track record in B2B sales
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, scale-up environment
- Leadership potential – comfortable being both IC and future manager
- Language skills are beneficial but not essential
- No prior payments or high-risk industry experience required
Package
- ÂŁ70,000 - ÂŁ100,000 base DoE
- Attractive commission structure - potential for high-earning profiles (e.g., 10% of large volumes)
- Annual performance bonus
- Hybrid / remote working after onboarding
If you want a role where you can build, sell, and lead with global exposure and genuine earning upside this represents an incredible opportunity.
