A high-growth financial technology firm is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead complex client implementations across its market-leading investment data platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-scaling business working with top-tier asset managers, asset owners, and financial institutions, delivering cutting-edge, cloud-native solutions.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end client delivery, managing multiple implementations from initiation through to business-as-usual. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery, driving progress, and building strong long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-stream client implementations
- Drive delivery timelines, resolving blockers and risks proactively
- Manage scope and enforce structured change management
- Build and maintain detailed project and programme plans
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Run stand-ups and governance meetings with internal and client stakeholders
- Track delivery using tools such as JIRA, RAID logs, and project systems
- Manage resources, budgets, and delivery coverage
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Support clients through implementation and onboarding of investment technology solutions
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in Project or Delivery Management
- Experience working with buy-side firms or investment management clients
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle
- Experience delivering ABOR and/or IBOR implementations (highly desirable)
- Solid knowledge of financial products and data
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Background in financial services, fintech, or investment platforms
