Harrington Starr have partnered with a global financial services business based in London (city) to help identify an Operational/ Business Resilience Analyst. This new role has a huge amount of potential for the right candidate, and will form part of a small but specialist team.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Work with business stakeholders to confirm business continuity plans are fit for purpose and published.
- Risk identification and tracking of remediation.
- Ensure local resilience stakeholders are aware of obligations and supported.
- Coordinate and report on the Operational Resilience deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Horizon scanning for new continuity threats to the organisation.
- Support Due Diligence responses and client queries relating to the organisation’s resilience.
- Working across all business units - technology, finance, risk etc to champion business and operational resilience.
- User awareness training.
In order to be suitable, you will need:
- 2 years+ in a similar business/ operational resilience role.
- Demonstrable business facing experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 frameworks.
- Financial experience preferred.
