Harrington Starr have partnered with a global financial services business based in London (city) to help identify an Operational/ Business Resilience Analyst. This new role has a huge amount of potential for the right candidate, and will form part of a small but specialist team.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Work with business stakeholders to confirm business continuity plans are fit for purpose and published.
  • Risk identification and tracking of remediation.
  • Ensure local resilience stakeholders are aware of obligations and supported.
  • Coordinate and report on the Operational Resilience deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Horizon scanning for new continuity threats to the organisation.
  • Support Due Diligence responses and client queries relating to the organisation’s resilience.
  • Working across all business units - technology, finance, risk etc to champion business and operational resilience.
  • User awareness training.

In order to be suitable, you will need:

  • 2 years+ in a similar business/ operational resilience role.
  • Demonstrable business facing experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 frameworks.
  • Financial experience preferred.
